The Frontrunners Festival team, in cooperation with S.V.T.B. Curius, located at Jaffalaan 5, has drawn up the following house rules for the Frontrunners Festival on May 30, 2024. Everyone who considers coming to this event must agree to the following house rules and general conditions:

- Alcohol is only permitted for individuals aged 18 and over
- All tickets and coins are non-refundable
- Visitors enter the festival terrain and attend the performances at their own risk
- Frontrunners Festival is not responsible for any damages to visitors and/ or their belongings
- Frontrunners Festival is not responsible for lost property at the event
- Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas
- Visitors cannot re-enter the festival terrain after leaving
- The organization is free to search you and your belongings before entering the festival
- The organization can prohibit your entrance when you are too intoxicated or under the influence of drugs
- It is prohibited to bring food and drinks with you on the festival
- Visitors are obliged to comply with instructions and/ or directions from the Frontrunners Festival Crew and Lijm & Cultuur Crew
- Property or objects belonging to the event may not leave the festival terrain. Damage caused by individuals to the premises will be charged to the perpetrator
- Sexual harassment will not be tolerated at Frontrunners Festival
- It is prohibited to bring the following items onto the premises: (pet) animals, foodstuffs, glassware, plastic bottles, cans, drugs, fireworks, (fire)arms, dangerous objects, and professional photo, film, and other recording equipment. These will be checked at the entrance
- Urinating in public on the premises is not allowed. There are free toilet facilities available
- Selling or promoting goods or services on the premises is only allowed with written permission from the organization or venue
- Aggressive behavior, unwanted intimacies, or expressions of racism and/or discrimination will not be tolerated
- On the premises, sustainable cups are used, with a deposit system in place

In case of violation of the above rules or rules of Lijm & Cultuur, the organization is entitled to remove visitors from the festival grounds.
